The raffia is not water-resistant. If it comes into contact with water, gently blot with a clean cloth as soon as possible. For more significant exposure, fill the shoes with paper (unprinted) to absorb moisture and preserve their shape. Avoid heat sources like hair dryers or radiators, which could cause shrinkage or deformation. Dust and surface particles can be removed with a soft brush, brushing gently in the direction of the weave. To preserve the shoe's condition, store it in a cool, dry place with cedar shoe trees.
