THE HOST, a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 99024425300011, with its registered office at 32 cours Xavier Arnozan, 33000 Bordeaux.

BALIBARIS, a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 527995278, with its registered office at 35 rue de Sèvres, 75006 Paris.

And

ANISE & OUZO, a Greek law company operated by Naxos Hospitality Management IKE, with its registered office at Agia Paraskevi – Kamaria – Kastraki, 84300 Naxos, Cyclades, Greece, registered under Greek tax number (Α.Φ.Μ.) 801287645.

(hereinafter the "Organizing Companies")

are organizing a competition (hereinafter "the Game") from Sunday, June 21 to Sunday, June 28, 2026, accessible on the website www.balibaris.com

The information provided by the Participants may be used by the Organizing Companies.

Participation in the Game is open to any natural person of legal age, holding an email address or an Instagram account, with the exception of permanent or occasional members of the Organizing Companies, their suppliers, the Game partners, or anyone who has had professional contact with the Organizing Companies for this operation (hereinafter "the Participant(s)").

To take part in the Game, Participants must complete the form available on a dedicated page on the website www.balibaris.com or participate on Instagram via the dedicated post.

On the website and on Instagram: between June 21 and June 28, 2026, they must fill in their information. By participating via the form, the Participant agrees to receive marketing communications from the Organizing Companies. They can unsubscribe at any time via the link present in each email. Participants may only complete the dedicated page on the website once during the Game.

By doing so, Participants will be automatically entered into a draw that will take place on June 29, 2026, and will allow one of them to win: a Balibaris gift card worth €1000 and a two-night stay worth €1400 in one of Anise & Ouzo's beach houses in Naxos, Greece.

2.2 Conditions of participation and validity

Registering under a false identity or providing false information or registering under multiple identities will result in the cancellation of participation. Furthermore, entries to the Game will be canceled if they are incomplete, erroneous, counterfeit, or made in violation of these rules.

The draw will take place on June 29, 2026.

The winner will be notified by email or private message on Instagram within 5 days. They must acknowledge receipt of their prize by return email or message within the following week. If there is no response, they may be contacted by telephone.

If they cannot be definitively reached and do not respond within this period, they will forfeit their prize, and a new Participant may be drawn.

One winner will receive:

• a €1000 Balibaris gift card
• a two-night stay worth €1400 at one of Anise & Ouzo's beach houses in Naxos, Greece.

In case of force majeure or if circumstances require, the Organizing Companies reserve the right to replace the won prizes with others of equivalent nature and value.

The winner may not claim the cash equivalent of the prizes won or request their exchange for other goods and services, even if they decide to refuse them or withdraw from the Game. In this case, the prizes will be forfeited.

The stay is valid until December 31, 2027, subject to establishment availability. Transportation costs, transfers, meals, insurance, and personal expenses remain the responsibility of the winner.

The Organizing Companies will inform the winner by email or private message on Instagram within 5 days following the draw on June 28, 2026.

The Organizing Companies cannot be held liable if, for reasons beyond their control, the notification to the winner is lost or does not reach its destination due to a malfunction or a change of contact details.

If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of their winning notification or does not communicate their product choice within the required timeframe, they may be contacted by phone. If they cannot be reached by any means, they will forfeit their prize.

Participation in this Game implies, for the benefit of the Organizing Companies, authorization to publish, on all present and future media and in any promotional event related to the Game, the winner's name, without this use giving rise to the payment of any compensation, other than the prizes provided.

Participants' names and contact information may be subject to computer processing by the Organizing Companies.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of personal data, Participants have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete personal information concerning them, as well as the possibility to object to the processing of this data.

To do so, they simply need to make a request, specifying their contact details and sending a copy of their identity document, by email to contact@thehost.place.

To learn more about the processing of their personal data, Participants are invited to refer to the Privacy Policy available on the websites www.thehost.place, www.balibaris.com, www.aniseandouzo.com.

The responsibility of the Organizing Companies cannot be engaged if a person:

• experiences any technical breakdown (line status, power outage, server incident, accidental disconnection…),
• provides inaccurate or incomplete contact details preventing them from being informed of their win.

Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of technologies used by the Internet and those related to it, particularly concerning technical performance, response times for consulting, querying, or transferring information, risks of interruption, and more generally, risks inherent in any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse, and the risks of contamination by potential viruses circulating on the network.

Consequently, the Organizing Companies shall in no circumstances be held responsible, and this list is not exhaustive, for:

• the content of services consulted on the Internet and generally, all information and/or data disseminated on the services consulted on said sites;
• the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
• any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper conduct/operation of the Game;
• failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
• loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;
• delivery problems;
• the operation of any software;
• the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
• any damage caused to a Participant's computer or mobile phone;
• any technical, material, and software failure of any kind, which prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Game or damaged a Participant's system.

It is specified that the Organizing Companies cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, malfunction, whatever it may be, a suspension or the end of the Game, for whatever reason, nor for any direct or indirect damage that may result, in any way whatsoever, from an Internet connection.

It is up to each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any infringement.

Connection to the Internet and participation in the Game by any person is under their sole responsibility.

The Organizing Companies cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond their control, the Game is partially or totally modified, postponed, or canceled. No compensation may be claimed in this respect.

In all cases, if the proper administrative and technical conduct of the Game is disrupted by a virus, computer bug, unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause beyond the control of the Organizing Companies, they reserve the right to interrupt it.

The rules of this Game may be sent free of charge to anyone who requests them. They will also be available for consultation on the page dedicated to the Game, on the websitewww.balibaris.com

The Organizing Companies may avail themselves, notably for proof purposes, of any act, fact or omission, of programs, data, files, records, operations and other elements (such as tracking reports or other statements) established, received or stored, directly or indirectly, by the Organizing Companies, particularly in its information systems, in connection with the Game.

Participants undertake not to dispute the admissibility, validity or probative value of the aforementioned elements, on the basis of any legal provision that would require certain documents to be drawn up or signed by the parties to constitute proof.

Thus, these elements are considered useful, admissible, valid and enforceable proof between the parties, in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document drawn up, received or stored in writing.

Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these rules.

The Organizing Companies reserve the right to cancel, modify, shorten, or extend partially or entirely this operation if circumstances so require, without having to justify this decision or pay any compensation.

It is expressly agreed that the applicable law is French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. However, for participants residing abroad, local regulations may apply if they are more favorable to them.
