Balibaris , a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €1,284,841.04, registered in the National Business Register under number 527 995 278, whose registered office is located at 35 rue de Sèvres – 75006 Paris (hereinafter "the Organizer"), is organizing a free competition with no purchase obligation entitled "Win your Wishlist" (hereinafter the "Game").

The Game is organised from Wednesday 3 December 2025 at 10am (Paris time) to Thursday 25 December 2025 at 23:59 (Paris time) (hereinafter the “Duration”).

Participation implies full and complete acceptance of these rules (hereinafter the “Rules”).
Any failure to comply with this may result, at the Organizer's discretion, in the disqualification of the participant.

2.1 Eligibility requirements

The Game is open to any individual of legal age in their country of residence, with internet access and a valid email address, excluding employees and representatives of the Organizer.

2.2 Participation Procedures

To participate, the participant must:

2.3 Participation Limits

Any participation made before or after the Duration will not be taken into account.
A participant can participate in the Game once a week .
No participation by telephone, mail or fax will be accepted.

2.4 Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of these Rules.

2.5 Checks

The Organizer reserves the right to ask any participant to provide proof of their eligibility.
Any false statement will result in immediate disqualification.

Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw, carried out by the Organizer using the Excel random function, on the following dates:

• Tuesday, December 9, 2025
• Tuesday, December 16, 2025
• Friday, December 26, 2025

Each draw will designate one (1) winner, for a total of three (3) winners during the Term.

Winners will be notified by email within three (3) days of their selection.
If no response is received within seven (7) days or if the prize is refused, an alternate winner will be designated.

Each winner will receive a Balibaris wishlist worth up to €500 including VAT , or the equivalent in the applicable currency on the balibaris.com website according to their country of residence.

The prize will be delivered in the form of a voucher valid exclusively on the website balibaris.com .
The item is personal, non-exchangeable and non-refundable .

The prize will be delivered within fourteen (14) working days following confirmation of the winner's contact details.

The winners authorize the Organizer to use their first name, last name and city of residence on any communication medium, for promotional purposes, without compensation other than the prize won.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or malfunctions related to the Internet or email services.

Publishing any content is strictly prohibited:

• obscene, defamatory or offensive,
• infringing on intellectual property rights,
• contrary to the law or public order.

Any breach will result in immediate exclusion.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage related to the acceptance of the prize.

He declines all responsibility in case of technical failure (network, server, computer hardware, etc.).

Any attempt at fraud will result in immediate disqualification.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Game in the event of force majeure or technical problems beyond its control.

These Regulations are subject to French law.

The personal data collected is necessary for the management of the Game, in accordance with law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and limit the processing of their personal data.

Data is retained only for the duration of the Game, unless required by law or with explicit consent to the newsletter.
