Well-designed, long-lasting garments have been Balibaris's guiding principle since its inception. That's why we're uncompromising about the quality of our clothing, whether it's the choice of materials or the selection of suppliers and partners.

Lasting bonds forged closely

We surround ourselves with passionate workshops, renowned for showcasing European expertise. By locating the majority of our manufacturing near France, we put our commitment to proximity to manufacturers into practice.

Naturally high-quality fibers

Fewer kilometers, more meaning

We pay particular attention to the carbon footprint of our products. This includes the production of our materials, the distance they travel, but also the type of energy used—fossil or renewable—to transform them. On these issues, we work hand in hand with La Belle Empreinte, the leading label whose methods are validated by ADEME, the French Environment and Energy Management Agency. With them, we measure our carbon footprint at each stage of the manufacturing process.

  • -14%

On average, -14% less carbon emissions compared to the average mirror product* sold in France

  • 95%

Nearly 95% of Balibaris references have a lower carbon footprint than their average mirror product* sold in France.

*The average mirror product is very similar to the product studied: it is made of the same materials, weighs the same but is produced in major textile-producing countries .

The future is written in equal parts

Our gender equality index is 72%. The role of this index is to advance equality between women and men within companies. At Balibaris, we aim to improve this score by 2026 and bring it to a minimum of 85%. To this end, we are committed to continuing to cultivate our values and our gender equality policy with our employees at every stage, from the moment they are hired and throughout their professional careers within our company. In particular, we will ensure the preservation of salary progression upon return from maternity or parental leave, as well as an even better balance between the various revaluations.
