In agreement with the decisions of the French government to stop Covid-19 spreading, we've updated our shipping and return policies.

1. SHIPPING

Our warehouse prepares and send the orders from Monday to Friday. Please note that all the orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday evening will be send the following week. You can take this information into account when calculating your delivery date.

Standard shipping to France

With Colissimo service from the French post office La Poste, you can choose a home delivery. It will take between 2 to 3 days to be delivered. This option is free for all orders without minimum for France, starting on March 15, 2020.

Express shipping to France

Express shipping is also maintained. TNT offers an express delivery, the parcel will be delivered in 24h after the expedition from the warehouse. This service cost 12€.

International shipping

For any delivery outside of France, the international service of Colissimo La Poste offers a delivery worldwide. This service will cost between 12€ and 18€ depending on the countries, and is offered for any order above 250€ in Europe. Concerning the delivery time, count between 5 and 14 days depending on the countries. 

Shipping to Balibaris shops

The “Click & Collect” service is no longer available, because of the closing of the shops starting on March 15, 2020.

Shipping to Mondial Relay stores to France

The Mondial Relay service is no longer available, because of the closing of the shops starting on March 15, 2020.

 

2. RETURNS

 

Return period and conditions

To ease your shopping with the current situation, we've increased the return delay. You now have up to 30 days to change your mind after your received your parcel as stated by the transporter to ask for a return, for any order placed from March 15, 2020.

If that time expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is expanded until the next working day.

Please make sure that all returned products are still labelled, in their original packaging and neither worn, washed nor damaged.

If all those conditions are met, you shall receive your refund within fourteen (14) days after our warehouse received and verified your return parcel. Refunds are made with the order payment method, either via credit on your payment card or via Paypal or credit note.

 

Can I return my e-shop purchase in a Balibaris shop ?

Returns for purchases made on our website are not possible in Balibaris shops. Please follow the Internet return procedure below.

 

How can I return my Balibaris physical shop purchase ?

Returns for purchases made in a physical Balibaris shop are only possible in physical shops. Giving the current situation, do not hesitate to contact our customer service, we will analyze your demand : service-client@balibaris.com

 

Are e-shop return fees free ?

The returns fees are free for all orders delivered in France. However the returns fees are not offered for the parcels delivered abroad.

 

How to return e-shop purchases from France ?

Sign in to your Balibaris account on www.balibaris.com and go to the tab « My orders ».

Select the order and then the product(s) you want to return. Please fill in the return reason textbox and validate your return request.

Once your return request has been approved by Balibaris, you will receive a prepaid label to send the parcel.  

Print the invoice you received by email when confirming your order in the return parcel. Go to the nearest Post Office to drop for free your parcel within 15 days after the reception of your pre-paid label.

 

How to return e-shop purchases from other countries ?

Sign in to your Balibaris account on www.balibaris.com and go to the tab « My orders ».

Select the order and then the product(s) you want to return. Please fill in the return reason textbox and validate your return request.

Return fees are not covered by Balibaris for international returns.

 

When will I receive my refund ? 

You shall receive your refund within fourteen (14) days after our warehouse received and verified your return parcel. Refunds are made with the order payment method, either via credit on your payment card or via Paypal, or credit note if you used a credit note or an e-gift card as a payment method.
