1. SHIPPING

Our warehouse prepares and send the orders from Monday to Friday. Please note that all the orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday evening will be send the following week. You can take this information into account when calculating your delivery date.

Standard shipping to France

Home delivery with Colissimo service from the French post office La Poste. It will take between 5 to 6 days to be delivered. This option is free for all orders above 75€ and will cost 6,5€ below 75€, to mainland France.

 

Shipping to Balibaris shops in France

Delivery in one of Balibaris shops in France, free for all orders without minimum.

 

International shipping

For any delivery outside of France, the international service of Colissimo La Poste offers a delivery worldwide. This service will cost between 12€ and 18€ depending on the countries, and is offered for any order above 250€ in Europe. Concerning the delivery time, count between 5 and 14 days depending on the countries (due to the current situation, the delivery delays might be longer). 


Case of VAT for all orders outside the European Union

For every order shipped outside the European Union:
- All the prices displayed on our website include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable in France. This amount can be refunded to you after you pay the value-added tax of the delivery country. In order to receive the refund, please send us a message to our Customer Service at the following address : service-client@balibaris.com.
- The customer agrees to pay all the taxes of the products' importation, custom fees, value-added tax and all other taxes according to the legal regulations of the country where the parcel is delivered.
- Balibaris will not accept any legal responsibility for tax payments not taken in charge by the customer.
 

Shipping to Mondial Relay stores to France

Free delivery in one of the Mondial Relay relay points. It will take between 3 to 7 days to be delivered.

Express shipping to France

This service remains unavailable for now.

 

2. RETURNS

 

Return period and conditions

For all orders placed between 02 April 2021 and 10 May 2021, the return delay is 30 days. You have up to 30 days to change your mind after your received your parcel as stated by the transporter to ask for a return.
 
For all orders placed from May 11, 2021, the return delay is 15 days. You have up to 15 days to change your mind after your received your parcel as stated by the transporter to ask for a return. 

If that time expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is expanded until the next working day.

Please make sure that all returned products are still labelled, in their original packaging and neither worn, washed nor damaged.

If all those conditions are met, you shall receive your refund within fourteen (14) days after our warehouse received and verified your return parcel. Refunds are made with the order payment method, either via credit on your payment card or via Paypal or credit note.

 

Can I return my e-shop purchase in a Balibaris shop ?

Returns for purchases made on our website are not possible in Balibaris shops. Please follow the Internet return procedure below.

 

How can I return my Balibaris physical shop purchase ?

Returns for purchases made in a physical Balibaris shop are only possible in physical shops. 

 

Are e-shop return fees free ?

The returns fees are free for all orders delivered in France. However the returns fees are not offered for the parcels delivered abroad.

 

How to return e-shop purchases from France ?

Sign in to your Balibaris account on www.balibaris.com and go to the tab « My orders ».

Select the order and then the product(s) you want to return. Please fill in the return reason textbox and validate your return request.

Once your return request has been approved by Balibaris, you will receive a prepaid label to send the parcel.  

Print the invoice you received by email when confirming your order in the return parcel. Go to the nearest Post Office to drop for free your parcel within 15 days or after confinement, depending on the date of your order, after the reception of your pre-paid label.

 

How to return e-shop purchases from other countries ?

Sign in to your Balibaris account on www.balibaris.com and go to the tab « My orders ».

Select the order and then the product(s) you want to return. Please fill in the return reason textbox and validate your return request.

Once your return request has been approved by Balibaris, you can send it to the address :

Return fees are not covered by Balibaris for international returns.

 

For returns from countries outside the European Union

Returns must be sent by Parcel (an Ordinary Parcel) by using the regular post services and not any of the express delivery services (FedEx, DHL etc.).

The customer must complete the CN23 Customs Declaration, in which they will provide a description of the goods and tick the box "Return of goods" in "category of shipment".

The Customer must also submit the original invoice for the Order in question to prove that the goods are identical. If these guidelines are not carefully respected, Balibaris won't be able to receive the returned goods and won't go through with the order's refund.

 

When will I receive my refund ? 

You shall receive your refund within fourteen (14) days after our warehouse received and verified your return parcel. Refunds are made with the order payment method, either via credit on your payment card or via Paypal, or credit note if you used a credit note or an e-gift card as a payment method.

 

The size isn't the right one, is it possible to exchange it?

If the piece ordered doesn't fit or you wish to change the color, we can't proceed to the exchange directly. We invite you to follow the usual return process and then place a new order on the e-shop.
