- SHIPPING -

Shop delivery in France

We propose free delivery in our shops (except corners) through clic & collect in France. This service is free of charge and the order will be delivered between 2 or 8 days after ordering on our website. Deliveries are made on tuesday or/and friday.



Pick up point shipments in France

through "Mondial Relay" service. This shipping method is free. It will be delivered to you in 3 to 5 business days after validation of your order*.

 

Standard shipments in France

through "La Poste Colissimo" service. It will cost you 6.5€ and will be delivered to you in 2 to 3 business days after validation of your order*. Free from 200€. 

 

Express shipments in France

through "TNT" service. It will cost you 12 euros and will be delivered to you in 24 hours after validation of your order (except week-ends)*. 

 

International shipments (worldwide)

through "La Poste Colissimo International" service. It will cost you from 12€ for Europe and free above 250€ and up to 18€ euros for other countries in the world and it will be delivered to you in 4 to 6 days for Europe // 5 to 14 days worldwide depending of the country of purchase.

*NOTE //
All orders received before 1.00 p.m should be sent the same day.

 

- RETURNS -

Return period and conditions

You have up to fifteen (15) days to change your mind after your received your parcel as stated by the transporter to ask for a return !

If that time expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is expanded until the next working day.

If the delivery method is click and collect in shops or delivery in pick-up point, the delivery date is the date of the arrival of the product in the shop or in the pick-up point and not the date the client went to get the order.

Please make sure that all returned products are still labelled, in their original packaging and neither worn, washed nor damaged.

If all those conditions are met, you shall receive your refund within fourteen (14) days after our warehouse received and verified your return parcel, though this time is usually shorter. Refunds are made with the order payment method, either via credit on your payment card or via Paypal.

 

Can I return my e-shop purchase in a Balibaris shop ?

Returns for purchases made on our website are not possible in Balibaris shops. Please follow the Internet return procedure below.

 

How can I return my Balibaris physical shop purchase ?

Returns for purchases made in a physical Balibaris shop are only possible in physical shops.

 

Are e-shop return fees free ?

Returns are free only for orders in France mainland.

 

How to return e-shop purchases from France mainland ?

That's easy :

  1. Sign in to your Balibaris account on www.balibaris.com and go to the tab « My orders ».
  2. Select the order and then the product(s) you want to return. Please fill in the return reason textbox and validate your return request.
  3. Once your return request has been approved by Balibaris, you will receive via e-mail a pre-paid post label to print and stick on your parcel.
  4. Put the invoice you received with your order in the return parcel. Go to the nearest Post Office to drop for free your parcel within 15 days after the reception of your pre-paid label.

 

How to return e-shop purchases outside France mainland ?

That's easy :

  1. Sign in to your Balibaris account on www.balibaris.com and go to the tab « My orders ».
  2. Select the order and then the product(s) you want to return. Please fill in the return reason textbox and validate your return request.
  3. Once your return request has been approved by Balibaris, put the invoice you received with your order in the return parcel.
  4. Send your parcel to the following address within 15 days after the validation of your return :
  • Entrepôt LOGTEX
  • Retours Balibaris
  • 1 rue des Lacs
  • 10800 Moussey, France

 

When will I receive my refund ?
