We're very pleased to announce the re-opening of our shops in France, on Monday 11th May, with all the necessary measures to insure our teams' safety as well as yours. 

  

Re-opening of the shops in France: 


To insure safety, we've adapted our shops to the new safety measures:

  • Our teams will be wearing masks in the shops, and during their journey from home to work.
  • The number of customers at the same time in the shop will be limited and adapted to the shop surface.
  • You will be able to clean your hands with hydroalcoholic gel.
  • Security distance will be indicated thanks to special markings on the floor.
  • Fitting rooms and clothes will be cleaned after every customer. 
  • We accept payment in cash but prefer payment with debit card.

  • Any Clic & Collect orders delivered before the lockdown will be available to be collected.
  • The E-reservation service is available on our e-shop.

 

E-shop new measures:

 

Our warehouse remains open, with a small team and reinforced security measures. All orders placed will be sent, please refer to the information below to check the list of countries that can not be delivered anymore. Shipping delays might be longer because of the current situation. More information on the E-shop new measures below.

 


Shipping: 


We've adapted our logistics operations to the current situation, with the priority being made on the safety of our partners.

Delivery Clic & Collect in Balibaris shops is available in France. It will take between 2 to 8 days to be delivered. This option is free for all orders without minimum. Shipping delays might be longer because of the current situation as we can only send parcels from Tuesdays to Fridays.

Home delivery with Colissimo is available in France. It will take between 5 to 6 days to be delivered. This option costs 6,5€ and is free for all orders above 100€. Shipping delays might be longer because of the current situation.

Delivery with Mondial Relay is available in France. With the Mondial Relay service, you can choose one of their pick-up points in France. Your parcel will be delivered between 3 to 5 days after the expedition and this option is totally free.

Home delivery with Colissimo International service is available for every country (except the ones implementing special restrictions on international deliveries*, more information below). This service will cost between 12€ and 18€ depending on the countries, and is offered for any order above 250€ in Europe. Concerning the delivery time, count between 5 and 14 days depending on the countries. Shipping delays might be longer because of the current situation.

For Belgium, our partner Bpost announced the saturation point of its distribution network since April 16, 2020. All parcels will be delivered but the delay might be longer. 

Shipping to the following countries remain suspended : Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Netherlands Antilles, Aruba, Bahamas islands, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bonaire, Botswana, Cape Verde, Cayman Island, Cuba, Dominica, Ecuador, Gambia, Grenada, Guinea-Bissau, Guiana, Haiti, Mauritius, Turks and Caicos Islands, Jamaica, Kosovo, Laos, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritania, Mongolia, Monserrat, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Uzbekistan, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Maarteen, Saint Lucia, the Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Syria, Uruguay, Venezuela, Yemen

TNT Express shipping service remains unavailable for now.

 

Returns: 


For all orders placed between March, 1 and April 11, 2020, the customers have until June 10th 2020 to request a return on their account. To be returned, the products must be unwashed and unworn, with the tag on. 

For all orders placed from April, 12 and until May, 31, the delay to request a return is 30 days, starting on the delivery date. To be returned, the products must be unwashed and unworn, with the tag on. 

For all orders placed from June, 1, the delay to request a return is 15 days, starting on the delivery date. To be returned, the products must be unwashed and unworn, with the tag on.
