To our Balibaris community: 


Our Balibaris shops have closed their doors on March 14, 2020 until further notice, in agreement with the decision of the French government to stop Covid-19 spreading.

This decision comes with heavy consequences for Balibaris and many other French retailers but is absolutely necessary regarding the current situation. Our safety and health are the priority. 

Our warehouse remains open, with a small team and reinforced security measures. All orders placed will be sent (except for the Ile-de-France regions, more details below). However, shipping delays might be longer because of the current situation. More information on the E-shop new measures below.

20% of the E-shop sales over the next weeks will be donated to the Fondation de France, which supports medical research and finances medical equipments.

All our team stays motivated and united to remain available working from home, and to answer all your questions through our customer service at the following address service-client@balibaris.com, or through our social networks.

We've adapted our logistics operations to the current situation, with the priority being made on the safety of our partners.

/! Information for Ile-de-France: due to the closing of three La Poste warehouses, some zipcodes will not be delivered for now. Orders can be placed, but they will be send as soon as the warehouses re-opended. Home delivery with Colissimo without signature is available in France. It will take between 5 to 6 days to be delivered. This option is free for all orders without minimum. Shipping delays might be longer because of the current situation as we only send parcel on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Home delivery with Colissimo International service is available for every country (except the ones implementing special restrictions on international deliveries). This service will cost between 12€ and 18€ depending on the countries, and is offered for any order above 250€ in Europe. Concerning the delivery time, count between 5 and 14 days depending on the countries. Shipping delays might be longer because of the current situation as we only send parcel on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Following the closing of the shops, the Clic & Collect and Mondial Relay shipping modes are no longer assured. For any question, please contact our customer service at the following address: service-client@balibaris.com

The TNT express delivery service in France is no longer assured either.

Returns: 


From March 20, 2020, all returns are suspended.

If you have a parcel you wish to return, we recommand you to wait to send it. Our warehouse can receive them but will not be able to verify and process your return for now, as they operate in very small team. Please excuse us for the incovenience.

E-reservation: 


With the closing of our stores, we have suspended our E-reservation service. Unfortunately, all the ongoing reservations need to be cancelled. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for any concern at the following address: service-client@balibaris.com.


We'll keep you updated on the evolution of the situation, and we hope to offer you soon a complete service on the E-shop and to welcome you again in our stores.
