3. WEBSITE/E-SHOP BALIBARISIs online payment secure? Yes, it is. When you place an order on the website, we guarantee a fully secured environment. All electronic payments are processed by our bank LE CREDIT DU NORD, using SSL technology. What about privacy ? You need to create an account on www.balibaris.com to place an order. Nevertheless, we will only use the information we collect about you legally. Your personal data will not be sold to any database companies. If you want us to erase all your personal data, you just need to contact us: customer-service@balibaris.com. Balibaris fully complies with legal obligation regarding privacy and CNIL (French organism, registration n°1464405) 4. CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON BALIBARISHow do I create a new account? 5. ITEMS AND SIZESWhat brands are sold on Balibaris? On its online concept-store, Balibaris is offering its own collection and a selection of featured brands: New Balance®, Timex®, Han Kjobenhavn® or Taschen®… What should I do if one product is out of stock? If one product is out of stock, you can ask us to send you an email when it is available again. How should I choose my correct size? Please use the size guide available on each page of the e-shop. 6. ORDERING FROM BALIBARISHow can I pay ? You can pay with the following debit/credit cars : Visa/Carte Bleue/Master Card/American Express. We do not accept bank cheques. How can I use a voucher? You just need to enter it before payment on your shopping bag page. How do I know if my order is taken into account? You will receive confirmation email. How fast my order is shipped? All orders received before 11.30 a.m should be sent that day.
7.SHIPPING METHODSHow much are the shipping charges? We ship only in Europe. If you want to order from another part of world, please send us an email to: customer-service@balibaris.com We have three delivery options available: STANDARD SHIPMENTS IN FRANCE EXPRESS SHIPMENTS IN FRANCE INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (EUROPE ONLY) *NOTE // Free Standard delivery on orders over 90€ Free Express delivery on orders over 150€. How to track my order? As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive e-mail with a tracking number. You can also find your tracking number in your account. I have not received my order…what should I do? If you are not home when the postman tries to deliver the parcel, you will get a delivery notice in your mailbox. This notice will tell you when the postman will try to deliver the parcel again or in which post office the parcel is available. Sometimes, it happens that the postman doesn’t let any delivery notice. This is why we advise you to check regularly the status of your shipment using the tracking number that has been sent to you. If any doubts, please contact us.
8. ReTurns, exchange and refundsHow to return? You have fifteen (15) days to change your mind. Before doing anything, please contact us to: customer-service@balibaris.com. If you wish to send back one or several items, please send the items that have been worn in their original packaging to: Balibaris chez AGD 58110 Brinay Return fees are not covered by Balibaris. We offer you a full exchange or refund. On exchanges, Balibaris will cover the cost of dispatching new items. Refunds will be for the value of the goods returned. You will be refunded on your credit card after we checked the good conditions of the items and their packaging. If you received altered products, Balibaris will of course send you new items.
